Jan Tillett - Textile Designer/Maker
Jan uses a variety of fabrics and threads to create distinctive textiles for interior and fashion accessories.
As well as using fabrics she has dyed herself, Jan also uses recycled fabrics and remnants in her work.
The embroidered pieces are incorporated with leather and/or fabric to create contemporary, tactile accessories.
Jan regularly runs machine embroidery workshops. These workshops provide opportunities to learn and develop free machine embroidery techniques in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
