Paul Holtam’s short term contract as MCTI Co ordinator for Cadi finished on 31 August 2004.
He will continue to be involved with the Devon Gateway Trust on a voluntary basis.

is an interactive group working and information system, valuable to
anyone who wishes to work with others in rural development. Perhaps,
most importantly, RuralNet
is run by people who understand both technology and rural development,
so the support services and helpline are tailored to what we know
subscribers need. RuralNet
offers searchable databases with hundreds of funding sources, useful
contacts, and summaries of rural initiatives. It has libraries of
publications and free software, public question and answer forums and
private areas for specific groups. It offers e–mail and file transfer,
but can also forward e–mail to your existing address. It offers an
easy, free route to web publishing for subscribers, for example, events
can be published on the World Wide Web. The newest initiative is
running and managing an online discussion list for the Rural White
Paper.
