This is a draft consultation copy of the community plan (pdf version).
The Plan has been produced by the Cullompton Area Development
Initiative (CADI) on behalf of the people of the Culm Valley with the
support of the South West Regional Development Agency and the
Countryside Agency.
A lot of hard work and community consultation has gone into the
making of this Plan and the Devon Gateway Development Trust has now
been set up to take over from CADI to take forward the issues and
projects that have been identified during the process of putting
together the Plan. The plan is ongoing, not a static process.
The Plan contains twenty key projects that have been identified as
best meeting the needs of the community and the objectives of the Plan.
These projects are just the start of the process and can be achieved in
the short term.
All comments will be considered and the draft Plan will be revised
accordingly before the final document is sent to the printers. A
summary of the plan will be distributed to all households in the Culm
Valley.
