32 acres of open fields a place to walk your dog, sit  on one of the many benches and  listen to the birds, just while away a few  moments in your busy hectic life.
Play fun football in the dog free children’s area. Maybe have a picnic or barbecue in the warm summer evenings. With it being 5 minutes walk from the town centre you have the choice of four ways to get there.

Higher Mill, Middle Mill or Lower Mill lanes each will take you to Riverside Walk and straight ahead the Community Fields. If you prefer to drive go down to the bottom end of town along Long Meadow past the sports hall at the end of the road turn right over a small hump backed bridge then next left going down a small incline along a track to a small car park.

What could be nicer than going for a stroll and enjoying the open space? It is there for all so go and have a look.
We are always open to your comments and ideas.

Maybe you would like to join the committee?. We meet the third Wednesday in every month starting at 7.00pm at the Community House, Church Street. Come and listen we have a public 15 minute open question time at the start of each meeting.

You would be most welcome to have a say on anything we do.
